I was planning on starting p90x today but i got my period and i feel like hell :/ ughh guys have it soo easy!! Ill probably still do it and ill post how it goes…weigh in next tuesday :)

I’m thinking of starting P90x, along with running and the usual…I’ll be honest, I haven’t worked out in about a month. :( Anyone have any experience with it? I want to get thin and rippeddd.
I’m also probably going to do pilates and tennis when school starts back up again…the gym at my university is amazing…plus there are tons of skinny sorority girls to motivate me. :)

The beginning.
I’m starting this blog because today is the day I take control of my life. Today is when I stop making excuses for my being unhappy, for my weight, for not doing exactly what I want to be doing. It’s now that I stop wasting time and ask myself “what is it I want to do? why am I unhappy?” I’ve spent far too long thinking about it instead of changing. Hopefully through this tumblr I can realize my fitness goals and I can work towards raising my self esteem.
The time is now.
